Questions

What counts as a receipt?

Each receipt you scan, pick from your photos or email to upload@expensecub.com counts once, in the month it comes in, however many pages it has. Entries you type in yourself don't count. On Free, 25 more come on the 1st of each month.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from Settings › Plan & usage › Manage billing at expensecub.com. Your plan runs to the end of what you paid for, then your account is on Free. Nothing is deleted: your entries, receipts and businesses stay, and you can always export them.

What happens if I go over a limit?

Nothing you have is taken away. On Free, receipts past 25 in a month wait for the 1st (or a plan with more), a second business can't be added, and receipts past your storage stay on the device that has them.

How does the first-year price work?

A new Plus or Team plan pays the first-year price for 12 monthly bills (or the first yearly bill), then the regular price. It comes off automatically; there's no code to enter.

I have a discount code

Enter it in Settings › Plan & usage at expensecub.com before you choose a plan. If it costs less than the first-year price, it's used instead.

Who is on a team?

You and up to 4 others. Each person signs in with their own account and sees only the businesses you choose, as their role allows. See Support for how teams work.
