Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of ExpenseCub, the Android app and the web app at expensecub.com. By using ExpenseCub you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Using ExpenseCub
- ExpenseCub is currently free to use. If we ever add paid features, we'll tell you first and you'll choose whether to pay.
- You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or get around its security, no access to other people's data, and no use that breaks the law.
Your records
Your entries belong to you. ExpenseCub suggests categories, cards, tags and dates based on your past entries and reads details from receipts automatically, and these suggestions can be wrong. Check your figures before relying on them for taxes, accounting or business decisions. ExpenseCub isn't tax, legal or accounting advice. Keep your own backups (Lists › Your data › Export all as CSV), especially of anything you need to keep for tax purposes.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it's handled.
Changes and availability
We may change, add or remove features, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or on this site. We try to keep ExpenseCub running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Ending use
You can stop using ExpenseCub and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Disclaimer and limits
ExpenseCub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of ExpenseCub, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the last 12 months (which, while ExpenseCub is free, is zero).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
